Founded in February 2022, Iteru Medical Center was born from a deep personal journey of resilience and faith. Inspired by her own recovery from Guillain–Barré Syndrome, our founder, Mrs. Aker Deng, established the center to bring accessible, compassionate healthcare to the people of South Sudan.
At Iteru, we are committed to serving our community with both outpatient and inpatient services, currently with a 16-bed capacity and plans to expand to 40 beds. Soon, we will also be offering dialysis and ICU/HDU services. Thank you for choosing Iteru — where healing meets hope.
Our medical outpatient department is well equipped to handle chronic illnesses, acute illness and emergency care.
The diagnostic unit is well equipped with an aim of assisting in the overall patient care. The laboratory is able to provide both routine and specialty.

The hospital has a bed capacity of 16 which includes private wards and general wards. The wards provide ambient environment for optimal healing with flexible visiting hours
The maternity unit attends to expectant mothers and skillfully guides them towards the last stage of their gestation. The unit is fully equipped and secure
